The Journal of Environmental Immunology and Toxicology will publish timely articles of broad interest to basic, clinical and translational researchers in the academic, governmental and private industry fields. The journal aims to provide point of reference resources for researchers in academia, government and industry as well as those individuals from the consulting and regulatory service industries.
The Journal of Environmental Immunology and Toxicology will publish original research and review articles in the settings of pulmonary and dermal immunology, tumor immunology and toxicology, allergic immunity, autoimmune diseases, immunological and toxicological aspects of systems biology, mathematical and virtual organ system modeling, models of human disease, neuroimmunology and toxicology, stem cell and hematopoietic system development and toxicology, chemical hazards identification, risk analysis and risk assessment and immunological aspects of gene-environment and epigenetic-environment interactions in immunological and toxicological manifestations of disease.
We are interested in full-length original research articles, concise reviews, comprehensive reviews and letters to the editor. Unlike many other journals, The Journal of Environmental Immunology and Toxicology will also consider negative reports, novel hypotheses and papers that challenge current dogma and high-risk studies that report novel descriptive and illustrative advances.” We will solicit expert commentaries to original research articles of high scientific value, intellectual advance or of broad interest to the readers of this journal.
The Journal of Environmental Immunology and Toxicology will accept manuscripts from the broad settings of transdisciplinary subjects in environmental medicine and public health, fundamental and clinical immunology, occupational and environmental exposures to airborne, ambient, water and land pollutants, clinical and fundamental toxicology and immunotoxicology.
